5 Belly Fat Busting Foods

Is belly fat getting the best of you?  You’re not alone; so many people have this problem, so don’t give in to that feeling of hopelessness.  Add these 5 foods to your daily diet intake and feel the difference it makes!

Throw into a blender 1 cup fresh or drained canned pineapple, ¼ cup frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, ½ cup water and ice cubes.  Blend until smooth.
