Here’s a tip:  If you can boil water, you can brew herbal tea!  Here’s how:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil, crush fresh herb leaves and/or flowers & put 1 tbsp into your teapot, or, more conveniently, you can use tea bags.  Pour the hot water over the herbs or tea bags.  Steep 10 mins, strain if required and  Drink!
