BEYOND BELIEF! SPINACH DOES WONDERS FOR YOUR BODY!

As far as I’m concerned, spinach is the next best thing since sliced bread!  The Ancient Persians knew they were onto a good thing when they cultivated this superfood!  So what’s all the fuss about?  Oh! So, although spinach is low in calories, perfect if you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscle, it’s loaded with a ton of nutrients and antioxidants.  And dark, leafy greens are so good for you, good for your skin and hair, Vitamin A helps keeps your hair moisturized & is great for hair & skin growth!
