1. Egg whites:  whip up several egg whites in a small bowl.  Massage onto your skin, allowing it to sit and dry at least 15 mins.  Rinse off with warm water and let the natural B vitamins and rich Vitamin E work their rejuvenating magic.

2. Olive Oil:  Loaded with antioxidants, olive oil can help your skin stay soft and supple.  Gently massage a few drops on your face before bedtime and you’ll wake to soft and healthy looking skin.  You can also use coconut oil, almond oil or vitamin E oil.

3. Ginger:  Packed with antioxidants, ginger is an excellent anti-wrinkle remedy.  Mix a pinch of grated ginger with a tbsp. of honey and eat this mixture every morning.  You can also drink ginger tea.

4. Lemon juice:  Slice a lemon and massage the juice into fine lines and wrinkles on your face.  The citric acid exfoliates & helps get rid of dead skin cells.  It’s a deep cleansing agent that will help fade wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles and blemishes, making skin look brighter while reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

5. Aloe Vera:  Improves the elasticity of your skin.  Simply cut an aloe vera leaf from the plant and extract its gel.  Apply onto your face and leave it on for 15mins then wash off with warm water.
