BELLY FAT and SMOOTHIES

Ever wish for something you could just drink?  And make your belly fat miraculously disappear … like that?  If only it were that simple – but it’s not.  Experts all seem to agree that abdominal fat is really dangerous and puts you at high risk for developing a ton of serious diseases.  What’s more, you’re putting yourself at far greater risk of heart disease, high cholesterol, sleep apnoea and diabetes.

Make a smart decision today and choose a plant based diet; it will help you boost immune function and get a toned, flat stomach!  Burning belly fat will take hard work – I’m not telling you something you don’t already know – but … we can give you a helping hand!  How??  In one word:  SMOOTHIES!

So get your blender out and try one of these belly fat-busting smoothies!
Here’s the first one.  I’m going to call this one “The Lean, Green Machine”:
Throw into a blender 2 kiwi, 1 green apple, a handful of spinach, 1 kale leaf, 1 banana, ½ cup fresh apple juice.  Blend until creamy.

Next up an apple/pumpkin mix which I’m going to call “Tequila Sunrise”:

Blend together 1 apple, ½ cup pumpkin puree (or sub with ½ cup papaya or mango), 1 thumb grated ginger, 2 oranges.  Blend and process well until you get this tasty drink.

And finally, a pretty pink berry concoction, which I think should be called “Luscious Lips”:

Into a blender 1 cup raspberries, 1 apple, 4 mint leaves, 1/3 cup pomegranate juice, 1 tbsp crushed almonds.  Process in blender until you reach the consistency you want.

Pick one you like and let it become a part of your daily diet.  HAPPY BLENDING
